What Is an Arborist Report?
In the simplest terms, an Arborist Report is a detailed report card on the overall health of a tree. It can be written for trees on both residential and commercial properties. An Arborist Report will include a complete description of a tree’s species, size/age, location, and condition. It notes any concerns or problems, such as disease or decay, and provides recommendations for next steps. Our ISA certified arborists might suggest pruning, deep root fertilization, or in some extreme cases, complete removal.
When Is an Arborist Report Required?
There are several different reasons you may want, or even need, to invest in a complete Arborist Report. While a quick consultation may be enough to plan some minor tree care tasks, a full Arborist Report provides a far more detailed assessment and strategy for tree care, as well as information for legal purposes.
